Account Manager UK 

ECODRAFT by Cardiff Group nv

The Belgian group Ecodraft nv developed the perfect innovative packaging solution for the international beverage industry.

Our unique collection of disposable and reusable kegs are a real alternative to metal kegs.

The patented Ecodraft kegs ensure optimal preservation of taste and quality and offer significant financial and commercial benefits which support the export activities our clients and allows the development of new market opportunities.

We are looking for a passionate Account Manager who will partner with and ensure the success of our customers on the UK market

Account management responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with the portfolio of assigned customers, active prospecting of new accounts & projects and ensure the roll out of our commercial structure in the UK & Ireland.

The Account manager will liaise between customers and internal commercial and technical support teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

You are a part of the international sales & commercial team and report directly to the Commercial Director.

Responsibilities

  • Map, and analyze market situation, define commercial opportunities & boost sales.

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships in UK and Ireland

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and ECODRAFT HQ

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

  • Building a “territory” and achieve sales targets

  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly results to ECODRAFT management

  • Provide technical and commercial support to our clients

  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with ECODRAFT sales teams to ensure growth attainment

  • Assist ECODRAFT events, seminars and fairs

Requirements

  • Proven account management or other relevant experience in the beverage industry

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization,.

  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communications & presentation skills

  • Selfstarter, able to work independently but as part of an international commercial team

  • UK resident
